A level and BTEC results day
We were delighted to share in the success of many of our Y13 students on Results Day this year. This year group have coped with a great deal of disruption during Covid and this is the first time they will have sat public examinations. Overall results are in line with outcomes prior to Covid ( when teacher assessed grades and other arrangements were put in place) and we are very pleased with the results for many individual students.
A particular well done to Grace N who secured A grades in English Literature, History and English Language. Grace goes on to study History at the University of Liverpool. We were also pleased see students achieve A/A*/Distinctions in a number of other subjects including:
- Leah C in Criminology
- Rachel M in Maths
- Mya D in Sociology
- Rachel M and Antonia C in Travel and Tourism
- Charley F and Molly L in Applied Science
- Grace C in Business
- Louise K in PE and Applied Science
Students are now looking forward to starting the next phase of their educational journey at various universities and colleges such as the University of Liverpool, Bangor, Keele, Liverpool Hope, Liverpool John Moores and Edge Hil
