It is always great to hear from former students. Megan O’Hare left us in 2017 to read Law at the University of Liverpiool and graduated ( virtually!) this summer with first class honours. Megan has sent us some pictures of her improvised graduation ceremony and has also passed on some words of relfection and encouragement for current Bellerive students.
Megan says: “Since leaving Bellerive I have completed my law degree this summer at the University of Liverpool with first class honours, secured a vacation scheme in an international law firm and I have just started a new job. I will always attribute where I am now to the foundations that Bellerive helped me achieve. Bellerive helped me to harness my academic talent which set me up for a good start at university. I gained many skills in my time at school that helped me in my degree, from helping me organise my work and problem solve to even knowing where to begin on an essay and how to research. Bellerive gave me the skills to succeed and they were invaluable for getting me where I am today. Finally, the staff at Bellerive helped me to build my confidence within myself. They helped me to grow into the woman I am today and helped me believe I can achieve anything I set my mind to. The care and support for my personal growth is something that I will forever be thankful for at Bellerive. I am really proud to say I am a Bellerive Alumna”
Well done to Megan and to all former Bellerive students who have graduated recently. if you are a former student like Megan, please get in touch and let us know what you are up to.
