We are delighted to hear stories of our former students making a positive difference to the world and no more so than during this time of national emergency. Many former Bellerive students have entered the health service and caring professions and we hope to share their stories with you in the weeks to come.
Charlotte Cassidy is one such student. She left Bellerive in 2014 and is currently a 5th year student doctor at the University of Leeds. Charlotte says: ‘I’m due to graduate in 2022 as a doctor, aspiring to either work in Emergency Medicine or Obstetrics (delivering babies!). I also volunteer with St John Ambulance to provide emergency medical cover to a variety events including Liverpool International Music Festival, Manchester Pride, festivals etc. I miss Bellerive a lot, it was always such a friendly community and they truly had my best interests at heart. With their continuous support I was able to achieve high grades whilst also enjoying my time thoroughly. A key message to current students would be to enjoy every moment you have at Bellerive because time goes too quickly! Make the most of all the opportunities given to you by the amazing staff’
Well done Charlotte and we look forward to heating more of these stories in the weeks ahead.
