We are delighted to report that the new sixth form and performing arts building, on which work started in July 2015, has now been completed. As these images show, the final result is every bit as spectacular as what we had anticipated.
The building is a worthy addition to the Sefton Park landscape and offers 15+ new classrooms, a performing arts space, music facilties, a sixth form centre, a bistro and truly amazing views over the park. Morgan Sindall, the main contractors, worked around the clock to finish the project and handed over to the school at the agreed time. Staff and governors who have visited the building have been impressed with the space offered and the amount of natural light.
We hope to begin lesson in the new building before the end of term and prospective parents and students will get a chance to see it during our open evenings in July and September.
